Liputan madura.com, KOTA KEDIRI — Jajaran Polres Kediri Kota Polda Jatim meningkatkan Kemampuan Dalmas (Pengendalian masa) dalam rangka persiapan pengaman Pilkada Serentak 2024 di wilayah Hukum Polres Kediri Kota, Senin, (26/8/2024).
Kapolres Kediri Kota AKBP Bramastyo Priaji, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si. melalui Kasat Samapta Iptu Priyo Hadistyo S.H. mengungkapkan, bahwa kegiatan Latkatpuan Dalmas ini digelar dalam rangka persiapan pengamanan Pilkada Serentak 2024 dalam Operasi Mantap Praja Semeru.
“Dalam skenario, massa dikondisikan tidak menerima hasil Pilkada Serentak walaupun belum resmi diumumkan pihak KPU,” ungkap Iptu Priyo.

Lanjutnya, menghadapi hal tersebut jajaran Polres Kediri Kota melakukan penanganan sesuai tahapan SOP.
Mulai dari pendekatan humanis, pengamanan aksi demo, negoisasi hingga penggunaan alat dan peralatan guna membubarkan aksi massa dilakukan oleh petugas.
Dalam kegiatan latihan yang digelar di halaman Mapolres Kediri Kota tersebut, disiagakan 4 SST (Satuan Setingkat Pleton).
Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi kemungkinan terjadinya konflik di wilayah Kota Kediri dan sekitarnya pada saat pelaksanaan Pilkada 2024.
“Dalam latkapuan ini regu Dalmas dihadapkan mulai dari situasi masih kondusif hingga situasi yang memerlukan penanganan lanjutan antara massa dan personil Sat Samapta di depan Mako Polres Kediri Kota,” jelasnya.
Menurut Kasat Samapta Polres Kediri Kota Iptu Priyo, dalam Operasi Mantap Praja Semeru 2024-2025 pihaknya menerjunkan sebanyak 2/3 kekuatan personel Sat Samapta Polres Kediri Kota.
Diterangkannya, untuk kekuatan pasukan pengamanan Pemilukada serentak 2024 di Kota Kediri melibatkan sebanyak 120 personel.
“Ditambah juga nantinya akan ada dari pihak TNI, Satpol PP, hingga Linmas dan kemungkinan adanya bantuan dari personel Ormas yang ada di Kota Kediri.” tutup Iptu Priyo Hadistyo S.H.
